浙江丽水地区畲族与汉族成人头影测量分析对比研究

目的 比较畲族和汉族成人头影测量标准值的差别，为临床正畸治疗错牙合畸形提供依据。方法 按照准入标准选择浙江丽水地区汉族和畲族成人正常牙合各40 例，均拍摄头颅X线侧位片,采用北京大学口腔医院头影测量分析法进行测量分析。结果 测量结果显示，畲族成人的面角、上下中切牙夹角、Y 轴角以及下颌平面角（MP-FH）和上中切牙突距均较汉族显著增加（P＜0.05 或0.01），而颌凸角及下中切牙突距显著减小（P＜0.01）；畲族女性成人下颌平面角（MP-SN）和面角均较男性成人显著增加（P＜0.05），其他测量指标差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 畲族成人较汉族相对是长面型，垂直生长型较多。而畲族男女比较，女性长面型较男性更明显。     

Monitoring the quality consistency of Weibizhi tablets by micellar electrokinetic chromatography fingerprints combined with multivariate statistical analyses,the simple quantified ratio fingerprint method,and the fingerprint–efficacy relationship

Micellar electrokinetic chromatography fingerprinting combined with quantification was successfully developed and applied to monitor the quality consistency of Weibizhi tablets, which is a classical compound preparation used to treat gastric ulcers. A background electrolyte composed of 57 mmol/L sodium borate, 21 mmol/L sodium dodecylsulfate and 100 mmol/L sodium hydroxide was used to separate compounds. To optimize capillary electrophoresis conditions, multivariate statistical analyses were applied. First, the most important factors influencing sample electrophoretic behavior were identified as background electrolyte concentrations. Then, a Box–Benhnken design response surface strategy using resolution index RF as an integrated response was set up to correlate factors with response. RF reflects the effective signal amount, resolution, and signal homogenization in an electropherogram, thus, it was regarded as an excellent indicator. In fingerprint assessments, simple quantified ratio fingerprint method was established for comprehensive quality discrimination of traditional Chinese medicines/herbal medicines from qualitative and quantitative perspectives, by which the quality of 27 samples from the same manufacturer were well differentiated. In addition, the fingerprint–efficacy relationship between fingerprints and antioxidant activities was established using partial least squares regression, which provided important medicinal efficacy information for quality control. The present study offered an efficient means for monitoring Weibizhi tablet quality consistency.     

基于EV模型ND样本加权和的相合性

本文研究变系数EV模型的ND样本加权和的相合性问题.利用ND序列的Bernstein型不等式和截尾的方法,获得了ND样本加权和sum from i=1 to n(W_(ni)(t_0)Y_i)的强、弱相合性,推广了独立随机变量加权和的相合性.     

Theoretical Investigation of the Mechanism of Rh(III)-catalyzed Annulation of 2-Biphenylboronic Acid with Activated Alkene

The mechanism is investigated for Cp^tBuRh(OH)₂-catalyzed annulation of 2-biphenylboronic acid with three activated alkenes using M06-2X functional. The reaction comprises transmetalation via two steps and following C-H activation producing reactive Rh-biphenyl complex with two Rh—C σ bonds. After the coordination/insertion of alkenes, respective fused or bridged cyclic products are yielded depending on different alkenes accompanied by the release of Cp^tBuRh. The promotion of Cp^tBuRh(OH)₂ lies in the barrier decrease of transmetalation and C-H activation ready for coordination/insertion ensuring the smooth progress of common rate-limiting reductive elimination. The stereoselective transfer and ring rotation are specific for benzoquinone and cyclopropenone. The role of Rh(III) catalyst and release of Rh(I) is supported by Multiwfn analysis on frontier molecular orbital(FMO) of specific transiton states(TSs) and Mayer bond order(MBO) value of vital bonding, breaking.     

脂肪胺类化合物氨基15N NMR化学位移规律的研究

提出了计算脂肪胺类化合物的¹⁵N NMR化学位移的经验公式：δ_cal（¹⁵N）=-380.2+ΣΔα+ΣΔβ+ΣΔγ+ΣΔδ+ΣC,结合最小二乘法通过线性回归得到了11种取代基参数,计算结果以133种化合物的133个¹⁵N NMR化学位移数据为样本点进行回归检验,置信度为99.5 %,约有94.7 %的¹⁵N NMR化学位移计算值的计算误差小于5.0（相对误差小于0.5 %）.     

羧酸甲乙酯中羰基17O-NMR化学位移研究

提出了计算羧酸甲乙酯中羰基¹⁷O-NMR化学位移的公式：δ_cal（¹⁷O）=360.0+Δα+Δβ+Δγ,通过线性回归法确定了22种取代基参数.经回归检验表明该公式计算结果置信度为99.5%,与实验值的偏差Δδ在5.0以内的羰基¹⁷O-NMR化学位移计算值~100%.     

“化学游戏教学”的“学教评产”混合式教学模式实践

基于师范类专业认证理念与毕业要求的教学前端分析,建构“学教评产”混合式教学模式,通过整合教学内容、重构教学安排与优化教学评价,对“化学游戏教学”课程进行创新性改革,并从学生学习成果、教学目标达成与学生满意度等3个方面评价教学成效。结果表明:该教学模式有助于学生学习成果质量的提升,能够有效促进教学目标的达成,并取得较高的学生满意度。
